Who We Are
Franklin Soil and Water is the hub of natural resources information and assistance for Franklin County. We provide education programs, conservation assistance, site evaluations and GIS mapping for residents, educators, businesses, developers and local governments. We partner with anyone interested in keeping our communities sustainable and our water clean.
What We Do
Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District’ s mission is to promote responsible land use decisions for the conservation, protection and improvement of soil and water resources by providing information and assistance through effective partnering, technical guidance and education.
