Boss Park Volunteer Day

This project will be a Leggett Elementary School Volunteer Day, to be held at Boss Park. During this project, we will be completing gardening and landscaping for Boss Park's transformation and instilling a stronger sense of ownership over Boss Park in Leggett students, who have been an integral part of the park transformation planning process. Students from Leggett will have the opportunity to learn more about native plants and wildlife habitats while being a part of Boss Park's transformation by actually helping to install new plants on site. They will then be planting native plants and landscaping alongside organizers and other volunteers.
