As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Executive Assistant to the CEO to help streamline operations, manage communications, and support the growth of our mission-driven organization.
Position Overview
The Volunteer Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to provide high-level administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing social impact organization.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our leadership organized, managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, meeting follow-ups, client inquiries)
- Support preparation for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Conduct light research to support organizational initiatives and partnerships
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables
- Help coordinate virtual events, speaking engagements, and coaching sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot) a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about career development, coaching, and empowering others

Commitment
- 8–10 hours per week
- Minimum 3-month commitment preferred (flexible based on volunteer availability)
