Tasks Can Include:
- Help with scheduled client transportation in company vehicle
- Transportation will only be done in Geauga & Lake Counties
- Volunteers must have valid drivers license & background check at Geauga County Sheriff's office in Burton, Ohio
- Schedule transportations are approved by Resident Care Specialists, Assistant Director of Advocacy, or On Call (on weekends)
- Volunteers will begin shift with Resident Care Specialists (on weekend shifts) or Assistant Director of Advocacy (on weekday shifts)
- All passengers must be properly buckled before leaving WomenSafe parking lot
- Volunteers must obey all traffic laws while driving company vehicle
- Volunteer must complete a volunteer orientation with the Volunteer Coordinator before volunteering & receive their Volunteer Handbook
