We are Xavier University students committed to serving our community through AmeriCorps. As Musketeers Care members, we partner with healthcare providers and community organizations to address barriers that impact health outcomes. Our team is dedicated to walking alongside patients, offering compassionate support, and making sure no one is left without the resources they need to thrive. Through service, we not only improve community health but also grow as leaders prepared to continue lives of service beyond our term.

Musketeers Care AmeriCorps members serve as Patient Care Navigators within TriHealth clinics and the St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy. Our members screen patients for social determinants of health, connect them to critical community resources, and provide follow-up support to ensure those needs are met. By bridging the gap between healthcare and social services, we help patients access stable housing, food, transportation, and other essentials that contribute to overall health and well-being.
