Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our vision is that all youth achieve their full potential. Child well-being and safety is our paramount goal and prevailing culture.

Our core program is a 1:1 youth mentoring program that ignite the power and promise of youth. We call our youth mentors 'Bigs' and our children 'Littles'. We give our Bigs all the support and tools they need for this role. We also have a Big for a Day program where you can volunteer to be a mentor to do a fun activity with a Little on our waiting list.
