Imagination Station

Imagination Station is a nonprofit science center. Our mission is to empower everyone to explore the sciences. We aim to be a catalyst for positive change, building a future where science fuels innovation and enriches lives. As Toledo's Science Center, we bridge STEAM literacy and our community, creating inclusive environments where everyone is empowered to shape a better world.

At Imagination Station, our volunteer program is a vital part of how we accomplish our mission to empower everyone to explore the sciences and realize our vision of building a future where science fuels innovation and enriches lives. Through engaging, hands-on roles like leading experiments, guiding tinkering workshops, reading science-themed stories, and bringing STEAM activities into the community, our volunteers inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in guests of all ages. Every activity supports our values of inclusivity, collaboration, and joyful learning—helping create welcoming spaces where science is accessible, fun, and meaningful for all.
