Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Ohio

We connect youth in Tuscarawas, Carroll, and Harrison County with community and school-based mentors, empowering them to reach their full potential.

We help find mentors for local children through our school-based and community-based programs. In our community-based matches, mentors and their "littles" engage in fun activities such as fishing, going to the movies, or visiting the arcade. Additionally, we offer monthly match activities for them to do. Mentors meet with the children for a minimum of 4 hours a month. In our school-based programs, mentors meet with children at school once a week for 45 minutes. During this time, they play board games, assist with homework, or simply hang out together.
