Who We Are

As a part of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, we are advocates for people receiving long-term care services and supports in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or in-home care.

What We Do

The Ombudsman Program consists of paid and volunteer staff who work with residents to resolve complaints about their long-term care services, provide selection assistance, and educate on consumer and resident rights.
