UADC is here to create limitless artistic opportunity for creatives. We support literary art; spoken word; performing arts and entertainment; textile/fashion; culinary arts; graphic and NFT platform; and photography.

To encourage and support the creativity of the community. To assist the community in growth and sustainability, through economic empowerment using art as a tool and a resource.

Programs:

Art Around Town 5-point Initiative reaching out to the challenged neighborhoods of the North, South, East, West and Central city in the Lucas County area, creating space for Art Enrichment Activity.

UADC Residency Program

•  Offering 1-6 weeks live/workspace for adult professional creatives to develop new works of art, build creative skills, enhance professional skills and create activity for the community to connect with the artists.
• Offering 1-6weeks mentorship to youth ages 7-20, skill development professional development by working on community projects with local creatives.
