Hand 2 Hand Inc

H2H is a non-profit organization that services Northeast Ohio in the area of reentry and wellness programs for families of justice involved individuals and there families.

We provide resources for inmates and resorted individuals returning home from our prison systems in the State of Ohio. We support families of incarcerated individuals by conducting programs that will cause a change in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). Through our collaborations we focus on sustainable programs that will support resiliency building experiences in a positive community environment. H2H support justice involved individuals to help create systematic changes.
