Who We Are
Founded in 1967, Otterbein Summer Theatre is one of Central Ohio's longest running summer stock theaters. The company produces 3 mainstage productions each year and often provides additional entertainment opportunities in the forms of concerts and readings.
Otterbein University provides professional degrees in Acting, Musical Theatre and Design Technology. Our robust production training program is know nationwide and our graduates are working all over the world on and off stage, in television, film, and other entertainment sectors.

Gearing up for OST’s 2022 return has us brimming with excitement and energy. We can’t wait to share with you this dazzling array of shows and concerts that will surely stir the heart and gladden the soul. We’re overjoyed to rekindle the incomparable magic of live, professional summer theatre at Otterbein.
As much as any in OST ‘s history, this is a season that offers fun and fulfillment for all ages and tastes. Invoking Gilbert and Sullivan’s ardent buccaneers, our 2022 season invites us to set sail and be carried away; to readily offer up our hearts so they can be forever stolen.
