Columbiana County CERT

Sponsored by the Columbiana County EMA. Our members are not required to be county residents. MOU support for surrounding counties upon request. We have 7 CERT Trainers and provide local Basic Training annually.

Prepare for county-wide all hazards disaster planning, community emergency preparedness education, community warning, training, response and recovery efforts. Prepare and protect the Citizens of Columbiana County before, during and after natural and man-made disasters. Disaster Assessment, Shelter Operations, Search and Rescue, Traffic Control, Communications support, Radiological Decontamination Support, Flood Wall support, County Agency Support, ie: Health Department, Humane Society. Whatever our EMA sponsor needs :-)
