Columbus Outdoor Pursuits

Outdoor Pursuits is a nonprofit organization devoted to providing inclusive opportunities for outdoor recreation and adventure. Our shared experiences promote the health of participants, teach responsible enjoyment of the outdoors, and strengthen community. We strive to expand equitable access to the outdoors and to foster its stewardship.

Columbus Outdoor Pursuits is perhaps best known for its epic bicycle tours: Great Ohio Bike Adventure (GOBA) and Tour of hte Scioto River Valley (TOSRV). We provide outdoor recreation education with a focus on safety and technique, organize and lead outdoor trips, train outdoor leaders, and foster environmental stewardship. Our focus is primarily non-competitive, self-propelled activities such as backpacking, hiking, bicycling, and paddling.
