Who We Are
Guiding Principles: * We welcome young people into a supportive, caring, and positive learning environment allowing them to develop and learn new skills to maximize their full potential. * We believe that behavior modeling and developing positive relationships is important and leads to a strong connection with our program. * We are committed to empowering our young people to become positive influences in their families and communities. * We are dedicated to creating innovative and meaningful opportunities that are important to our members. Mission Statement: Project REBUILD re-engages young adults to create pathways to academic, professional, and leadership opportunities while providing them with the skills and support to set them up for lifelong success. Vision: We envision our young leaders moving forward to inspire and be a catalyst towards improving our community.
What We Do
Project REBUILD has served young people that are not actively involved in school or the workforce since 1999. Our comprehensive nine-month program focuses on positively impacting all aspects of a young person's life. We understand that creating a relationship built of trust is one of the key steps to our success and theirs. That relationship is what will allow a young person to step out of their comfort zone, try new things, and push themselves beyond their limits. As a YouthBuild USA affiliated program, our program's core components include education, work readiness and vocational training, counseling and case management, leadership development, and post-program support. Also, we offer our members post-secondary exploration, substance use support, financial literacy, life skills lessons, and health and wellness for our members.
