HARCATUS RSVP

The HARCATUS Mission includes planning and coordination of programs designed to combat problems of poverty and to seek elimination of conditions of poverty as they affect inhabitants of urban and rural communities in Harrison, Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties

Eligibility for the programs HARCATUS operates may be based on a variety of factors, such as income, age, evidence of need, and/or where you live. Each request for assistance is individually assessed and is totally confidential. Not all programs have the same guidelines and even these can change from year to year.
