Description

Become the animal! Participants learn about the animal's characteristics, habitat, and lifestyle before exploring ways to mitigate conflict, and defend themselves in the worse-case scenario. The volunteer will be in an Aggressor protective suit and will be required to act like the respective animal and respond to participant defensive actions in different staged scenarios. In some cases, the volunteer will come into planned and strategic physical altercations with participants as if they were the respective animal. Volunteers should be able to be on all fours, crouch down, jump, and be otherwise mobile without significant limitation. Contact Program Naturalist, Craig Spicer, for more information before registering to see if this opportunity is appropriate for you. cspicer@wcparks.org | 419-661-1697x3.
