As a docent at America’s Packard Museum, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Docents greet visitors, assist with admissions, operate the museum gift shop, provide directions, and share the fascinating history behind our collection of Packard automobiles and memorabilia. Through your enthusiasm and knowledge, you help bring the stories of Packard and America’s automotive heritage to life for visitors of all ages.
► You can volunteer for as many shifts a month as fits your schedule - whether you can only work one day or want to cover multiple! We will work with you based on your availability.
► Our Summer hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 12-5pm. Docents are asked to arrive at 11:30am and may sometimes need to stay until 5:30pm to wrap up.
