Capital City Hospice is seeking volunteers who know they want to be the difference in the lives of veterans and their loved ones at end-of-life. We need volunteers to provide authentic engagement with our veteran community in all parts of Central Ohio, and our volunteers have control over where and when they give of their time.
Our volunteers are an extension of the love and support we provide our patients. Volunteers are considered a part of our interdisciplinary team. We place volunteers with patients who are within their chosen travel boundaries, and highly value being able to introduce our veteran volunteers to veteran patients to enhance the quality of care offered to service men and women.
