 Founded in 1992, After-School All Stars (ASAS)th. Our vision is for our All-Stars to be safe and healthy, to graduate from high school and go on to college, to find a career they love, and to give back to their communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement in-person programming Monday – Thursday between the hours of 3pm and 6 pm during the school year and Monday – Thursday 12pm – 4pm during the summer months. Facilitate small group (10:1) and individual (1:1) mentoring for student participants in grades 1 8. Note: student ages will vary by site.

Are you a retired teacher, Paraprofessional, college student, retiree, or passionate about giving youth opportunities to learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment?  ASAS is currently seeking passionate and talented Program Leaders. Program Leaders are responsible for managing on-site classrooms and the contracted instructors for those classes, ensuring the safety of students, and facilitating daily implementation of each program. Programs may include, but are not limited to: Sports, STEM, Coding, Cooking & Nutrition, Outdoor Education, DJ/Music Production, Dance, Photography, and Creative Arts. Program leaders will report to Site Coordinators.

Being a program leader with After-School All-Stars benefits the community because it creates an opportunity to make a positive impact on youth, along with their parents and families. Increasing the Adult to student ratio for our daily programs increases safety and trust.
