The Carter Historic Farm staff and volunteers have been working hard all year long to raise and produce food and champion sustainable agriculture. This Farm Breakfast will feature the harvest and reward of the good work. 

Help us greet guests, serve breakfast, and wipe down tables and chairs.

This event will be held at Otsego Park. Volunteers will have a chance to eat.

Join us for Heritage Holiday at the farm. During this event we transport visitors to and from the schoolhouse and we will need an extra tractor operator on hand. Please dress in period appropriate attire, or a holiday sweater!

One of the best parts of the holiday season is the food! Join Carter Historic Farm for Heritage Holiday and help guests decorate and enjoy farm made cookies. Join us for Heritage Holiday at the farm. We will be making gingerbread men out of paper! This craft is intended for our younger visitors, but all are welcome to join in! You will be helping visitors with the creation of their gingerbread person, cleaning up as the event goes to maintain a fun experience, and being a part of holiday fun! Please dress in period appropriate attire, or a holiday sweater!

Join us for Heritage Holiday at the farm. We will be making paper chains! This craft is intended for our younger visitors, but all are welcome to join in! You will be helping visitors with the creation of their chains, cleaning up as the event goes to maintain a fun experience, and being a part of holiday fun! Please dress in period appropriate attire, or a holiday sweater!

Join us for Heritage Holiday at the farm. In the Farrowing House we will be providing hot beverages, cookies, and a craft for our older visitors. This year we will be using wool from the farm to felt ornaments! This is a fun and quick craft for teens to adults, but anyone with an adult present is welcomed. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the beverages are available, any cleanup involved, and assisting visitors with their craft. Please dress in period appropriate attire, or a holiday sweater!
