Avondale Development Corporation

ADC works collaboratively with residents and partners to address priorities that promote the well-being of the community. The Avondale neighborhood is primarily a minority community with the majority of the residents living at or below poverty and are renters.

Avondale Development Corporation (ADC) is a neighborhood non-profit community development corporation, also a community housing development organization, with a mission to direct revitalization of the Avondale neighborhood, located centrally in the city of Cincinnati, through developing housing, real estate, and economic initiatives since 2011.
