Founded in 1803, the Village of Lisbon is the second oldest settlement in Ohio and serves as the county seat of Columbiana County. Our beautiful and historically rich community offers a great place to visit and an even better place to call home!

We provide service and resources to the people of Lisbon, Ohio. Fostering a strong community and aiming to enrich and educate the public, we want to embrace our village's rich history and natural beauty in order to keep it a happy, healthy place to reside.
