Core Programs:
Food Innovation - This includes Findlay Kitchen, Findlay Launch, and Findlay Learn, which provide support and training for BIPOC, women, and immigrant-owned businesses.
Food Assistance Benefits - CFFM partners with SNAP Plus, EBT, Produce Perks, Produce Rx, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), WIC, Meals on Wheels, and Buckeye Fresh! to bring fresh, local food from the farm to the table of low-income families in need.
Greening the Market - Through this initiative, Findlay Market offers a residential composting program, an EV charging station, annual “green space” efforts by planting trees and flowers in the market district, and large-scale recycling efforts.
Jane’s & Race St. Station - These two bars are operated by CFFM, whose proceeds help fund the impactful programs mentioned above.
Overall, CFFM provides the business support, technology, and infrastructure for 60-70 local farmers and food producers to showcase, sell, and distribute their produce to more than 1.4 million consumers annually. Findlay Market provides a year-round, 6-days/week infrastructure for farmers to sell their produce directly to local consumers. This infrastructure includes a fixed location for selling produce, public restrooms, parking, opportunities to be featured in local events, website development, marketing strategies, and branding support.
