The National Neighborhood Initiative

NNI is a local umbrella organization (not a government agency) that sets standards, governance, and shared systems for these service lines, with regional initiatives (like Warren and Cleveland) operating under the same privacy-first, compliance-first playbook. NNI is overseen by a board, runs a centralized tech platform, and publishes outcomes partners can trust.

NNI coordinates essential neighborhood services across behavioral health, medical care coordination, housing/property services, construction & lead-safety remediation, security, and food access (distribution, prepared meals, and local production). A shared AI/IT platform manages secure identity, scheduling, and reporting so people tell their story once and get coordinated, compliant, measurable help.
