We open Agronomic avenues of education and employment to community youth and direct them to understand a heritage of farmers and a lifestyle they are often unaware. We teach about the many opportunities in agriculture as we are building a Sovreign food system that they can play a role in, (not always hands in the soil) but finding their path that they fit in.
