We are a nonprofit organization that believes that everyone deserves a chance to shine. No matter where they've been, where they want to go, or what vocational challenges they face. We offer personalized support to match individuals facing obstacles to meaningful employment so that everyone feels truly seen for who they are and everything they are capable of becoming.

Greenleaf Job Training Services is a nonprofit serving individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment in the Central Ohio area. Our clients are veterans, individuals with disabilities, people in the LGBTQIA+ community, emerging citizens, justice-involved citizens, and others who face significant barriers to employment. Our clients are NOT, however, victims. They are individuals with valuable work skills who are looking for an opportunity. Our job is simply to open doors for them.
